For New Students
Priority Enrollment
4-day programs get priority enrollment.

- Pre-Assessment Dates: Every Tuesday in May & June 2025

Submit Your Interest Form
Start your application by submitting our quick interest form.
Book a Tour or Open House
- Tour: After submitting your form, we’ll reach out to you to schedule a personalized tour.
- Open House: Join our Open House for more details and a chance to get all your questions answered.

Get Access to the Enrollment Portal
Reach out to cbosma@arkeducationacademy.org to receive a link and password if you haven't already.
Pay the Registration Fee & Select Your Program
- Fee: $200 per child (Non-refundable)
- Priority is given to full-time, 4-day students.
- Waitlist: Your child will be placed on a waitlist until the pre-assessment is completed.
Schedule Pre-Assessment (Conditions for Admission)
- Dates: Every Tuesday in May and June.
- Time: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM.
- How to Book: Simply email cbosma@arkeducationacademy.org.
Receive Your Acceptance Email
Once the pre-assessment is done, we’ll send you an official acceptance email!
Complete the Final Enrollment Steps
- Pay the first month’s tuition.
- Submit your curriculum deposit.
- Order your school t-shirt ($20).
- Payment Deadline: Make these payments within 48 hours of acceptance to secure your spot.

Pay the Registration Fee

- Part-Time Enrollment Starts: May 8, 2025 (Mon-Thurs. 8:30 - 11:30, Wed-Thurs. 12:30 - 2:30)
- Homeschool Hybrid Options Available (per class)

- New Families Registration Fee: $200 per child
- Returning Families Registration Fee: $200 per family
